What can I sell?

Most people use Sellwire to sell things that they’ve made. These include plugins, scripts, ebooks, songs, videos, photos, and other things. Anything that you can “upload” as a single file you can sell.

How can people pay?

At the moment we support PayPal Express Checkout sales and Stripe credit card payments (Stripe currently only supports USD and CAD currencies). So you will require a PayPal “Premier” or “Business” account, or an active Stripe account to use Sellwire. Note that PayPal supports debit and credit card payments via their checkout.

Does Sellwire provide an online store?

In a word, no. Sellwire handles the checkout process of selling digital goods online, but having a store or a website to sell your products remains your responsibility.

Can I sell large files?

Sellwire isn't a good fit for selling large files like videos. The maximum file size is 300MB.

I’m not in the US. Can I use Sellwire?

Yes. You can use Sellwire in any country that PayPal supports (for PayPal payments) and the US and Canada (for Stripe payments).

What price can I make my files?

Literally anything you want. Free, $1, $1,000 or more. At the moment we support the following currencies (via PayPal):
